At SdriveLab, we provide personalized digital epigenetic and wellbeing reports. As our products are custom-generated digital products, they cannot be returned once processing has begun or the report has been delivered.

Digital Products

All products sold on SdriveLab are digital products delivered electronically.

No physical products will be shipped.

No Returns

Due to the nature of digital products and personalized report generation, we do not accept returns.

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment for the same order.
  • Payment successfully completed but the order cannot be fulfilled due to a system failure.
  • The purchased report cannot be generated due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved.
  • You were charged incorrectly.
Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Accidental purchase.
  • Failure to read the product description.
  • Dissatisfaction with report findings.
  • Incorrect information submitted by the customer.
  • Delay caused by incomplete sample submission.
  • Reports that have already been generated or delivered.
  • Failure to understand the scientific interpretation provided.
Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchased report, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to:

  • restore access,
  • resend your report,
  • resolve technical issues before considering any refund.
Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Purchaser Name
  • Email Address
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting screenshots (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
